Appointment Policy

We are by appointment only. Please arrive on time so we can devote our full attention to your pet during their appointment. This allows adequate time for examination, diagnosis, and treatment of your pet. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will reschedule you for a later date and time. New clients should fill out paperwork online or arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork in office. 

Patient Arrival Policy

All dogs MUST be on a leash or in a carrier before entering the building. All cats MUST be properly contained in an appropriate cat carrier before entering the building. We appreciate your cooperation, as this helps to ensure a safe environment for all patients, clients, and employees. 

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit, Scratchpay, cash and personal checks.
